This office handles Chapter 13 cases for the Northern District of Illinois, Western Division. The Western Divison includes, Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Whiteside, Lee, Winnebago, DeKalb, McHenry, Ogle, Carroll and Boone Counties.

The Trustee's office is responsible for administering Chapter 13 Plans. This includes many aspects of receiving and monitoring all Chapter 13 cases in this area. The Trustee's office is also responsible for accepting debtor payments and issuing checks to their various creditors.
